Faulty power supply, cpu, or ram. You need to swap parts to see which one is faulty.

Maybe the PSU is broken.
If it supports electricity, follow this:
First of all, find out what firmware your sister board have.

Then listen to the beep codes.

Unplug the computer wait a few seconds... then plug it back in and see what happens. Sometiems that resets the power supply... only a temporary fix if it works

ahh okayy well me and my dad just took apart the computer and added a old but still in new condition power supply in it but still wouldnt work...my dad thinks that it's completely fried....
does anyone noe what the green light in the computer means?
oh yeah nK)DUKE i think the psu is broken...cuz i had a long continous beep...oh well T.T

Im glad you got to test a different power supply!
Long continuous beep...
Try to reset the BIOS or CMOS
Do the fans go up to like full speed when you turn it on? Fans stuck at full blast is often a sign of board failure

Actually my first sister,father and brother play computer because everyone do a download only after kenal virus.....
