Atheism is making another comeback raising its head in a new and vigorous attack on religious belief. Do you believe in God? How strong is that belief? Can it withstand any attack? They will mock you, nothing is sacred, including your feelings~

I think that God let these things happens so He can strengthen His faithful followers. Some will fall away and some will rise to be stronger.

You shouldn't bother with this kind of issue. I know it is important to do something about it, but I think that it's better off to deal with them when they come to you.
It's bad to attack them when Christians DO attack other people as well. Also, I realize that a lot of Christians don't REMEMBER this verse when people ask them if they believe in God:

I read an article (I think it was in wired) and they interviewed a militant atheist. He was like "all people who believe in god are insane, and they should put them in jail if they teach their kids about god"

Best thing to say to one of these people.

"THere's more proof there is a God, then their isn't"

Proof of God - Bible if nothing else, Historical Documentation (even diehard athiests take the Bible as a version of history)

Oh please, there are plenty of theists who are infinitely worse than any atheists I've known. Of course there are going to be radicals, no matter what beleif system you follow. So if you don't like what they're saying, unless it's hurting you directly you can suck it up.

These people are complaining about atheists books coming out, yet who complains about the countless religious writers out there? What right do people have to complain about a title like The Delusion of God when a theist will willingly tell you you're going to hell if you don't believe in their deity? I fail to see how that's any better.

How about mutual respect ?? Perhaps thats better. Lumping all religions to be the same "damaging garbage" by the militant atheist is a lie, id like to see them preach that in a Islamic Mosque , it would be their last... Can you say that about Christianity ?, including fundamentalists ??

I'm just saying that they're just a bunch of ------s who in no way represent the atheist community
I respect people's religions and as long as they don't "bible bash" me, I won't try to "convert" them into being agnostic
