Girls who seriously play major PC games are getting quite wwidespread.

By major PC games i mean games like WoW, SC, WC3, CS.

Are you a girl who plays major PC games and can claim to be good at it?

What makes you think you have a "good" level of competency in the game or what is your claim to "fame"?
eg: "i am a member of a top guild", " i get 20/20 headshots every game", "guy players f3ar my l33tness and desert the server when i arrive"... etc etc

I used to play Star Craft when I was about 12/13. ;_; I think I'm good at it but guys still beat me. LOL I played dota once and I was pwned by my guy friends. haah! But I'm much better at games like SC/Age of Empires II + other strategy games. lol

I play CS, SC, and DoTa now.
I used to play Diablo LOD, RO, WoW, and Command and Conquer.

I think I'm best at SC and CS. I started those those about three years ago.
I just got DoTa like one year ago and I only play when some friends wanna 2 vs 2.

I used to play Lineage, Lineage 2, Starcraft, Crazy Arcade(I miss it! D:), Maplestory, and Audition.
I play Ragnarok Online now.

I suppose I'm good, but there's others better then me. ^^

I play WoW currently and I used to play SC; I played WC3 as well, but mostly DOTA, as for counter strike--I never really got into it.

As a WoW player, I believe the guild I'm in is decent. Though I don't raid anymore my guild has hyjal and BT on farm and is currently working on Sunwell Plateau. Though that's only on my rogue that I'm in this guild.
Nowadays, I PvP only, on my warlock.
I currently sit on a 1957 2s team that my partner and I started just this week, and a 1905 3s team that we just got serious about... my 2s partner and I will to get 2k + next week just to get ourselves geared up since he's not in full S3 gear and I'm still in my S1 gear. I'm aiming to be gladiator when season 4 comes out though, when I will have decent gear. I consider myself a decent player.

As a Starcraft player I was decent as well. I was terrible in on money maps though. I usually liked to play 1v1 Lost Temple. My best race was protoss but not exactly my favorite, I guess I got kind of well known amongst some friends for 'being pretty good' according to them. Apparently I don't believe it's good enough. I won against players that were supposedly rumored to be good amongst my freinds, but what if it was just them that was bad... so... I've concluded that I'm just decent.

DOTA! Lols! I didn't play for long but man! Did I rock with Puck! Just kidding! AT MOST I'm decent once again! I don't feed, and usually get more kills then I do deaths, with puck that is. I know for a fact I'm not amazing though.

I think you can be a serious not just girl gamer, but gamer without playing the typical "popular" games like "Halo" and WOW. But I am a girl and I've played games ever since I was a little girl, thanks to my big bro. Currently I'm playing Elderscrolls: Oblivion. My brother also got Crysis so I'm thinking about trying that out today as well as Half life. He gave me a synopsis of the story and it sounds so cool!.

there was a point where i was addicted to RO and i would wake up at 6am to play it everyday until noon.
then there was kingdom of loathing i played it so many times
and then there was rappelz...
and now its Maple story =(
