water water water
spinach (its high in antioxidant and fiber which makes you poop and pooping is really good for skin)
salmon/fish (fish oil is good for skin)
natural yogurt (not the kind thats high in sugar)

try to avoid:
milk b/c i find the hormones in milk makes me break out like crazy. if you wanna drink milk buy ORGANIC milk thats produced without hormones.
red meat (it causes too much inflammation)
dry/fried food like crackers, chips, etc..
sugary foods
junk food

here's something to add to the list: avocadoes

basically all fruits and vegetables are good for your skin. You just have to eat the right amount of serving everyday and drink water and excerise.

strawberries and pinneaples, apples
limit bannanas
and no, yogurt is not good for the skin because it's dairy
dairy generally makes you get acne because its full of antibodies/hormones that make you break out
i used to have acne but after i cut out diary from my diet (i get calcium through other ways) i havent had a pimple for at least 4 weeks
