there are 12 of us, and 6 are top and 6 are not, and its up to me as a captain to make a good team, so we won't humiliate ourselves.
we made a fairly decent team, but we lag far back comparing my team to the other..they arent serious, and we just couldnt catch up.
so....i was thinking of splitting top players and decent players..but that could offend some people..
so what are some good ways to split the team? we still have like 4 weeks til the tourney, but we neeeda think fast
