my firmware is like 4 versions old and i still have no idea how to update it
and no you cant just go to the LG official website and find it there because it's not listed.
unless someone has info about this o.0

btw is there any way to save your texts on your external mem.. or at least move them to a folder on your external mem >.> cause i can only hold up to ~300 texts both sent and received on handset mem. and i keep having to delete old ones - but i want to save them : /

so ive heard that the call quality gets worse and worse. like the first week its good, then it starts going down hill from there, is this true? =T

as far as "hanging/dropping" goes, what exactly does that mean? does it just die or freeze?
it freezes and you just have to take out the battery, put it back in, and restart. some ppl have had it permanently frozen where they'd actually have to send it to an LG manufacturer near their area to get it fixed.. which taxes weeks.

a person on youtube did a review on it. and said the call quality was worse and worse.

i also heard that the 2009 lg icecreams have upgraded and the freezing isnt as frequent anymore due to the upgrade in firmware, the reviews for this year have been pretty positive.

You probably cannot find the firmware online.
But now if you buy, it will have the latest firmware (90% sure of this)
I'm not sure if the Lg centers in North America would be able to update our firmware though, since most of them probably don't even know of the KF350 or the other overseas LG phones. (I'm not sure about this though, it's just my hunch)

I believe it's a little bit under $200 now.
But I suggest you buy from ebay since it comes with a lot of accessories + a 3 year warranty.

And no, the ice cream 2 isn't sold at the pmall because there isn't a GSM version of this phone, so it can't be unlocked for out of country use. Also, we do not know when it will be available. And we don't know about the lollipop either.

-screen protector
-ac car adapter, (usb)
-outlet adapter

Although the only thing i use is the screen protector and the adapter, it seems liike a better deal. + the 3 year warranty of course (:

I think this depends on your signal. But mine is actually pretty good. I say 9/10
2. yes you can! you can even use mp3, plus the songs can be any size or length. (this means full mp3 songs)
3. Just numbers, no names. You can open up your phone and see the name though, then you can accept or reject

my friends been playing around with my security and my phone just locked and its asking for the puk code.
whats a puk code?

^ try calling your service provider or whatever it's called.
Don't try random numbers because too many trys (around 10 is the max? idr) could fry the SIM card.
the PUK code is basically used to protect your SIM, i guess.
