I'm not sure about ALL but the ones in the small red boxes
(which is most of them) all do I think. Mine was a small red
box. Even though most people have that I've seen
the nicer big boxes so that's probably different o_o?

yeah, it's a new one. Bought it from the local phone store. I also made sure it was Zitron.

wooow that sucks. ive only dropped mine once but other than that I dont have any scratches.
a few weeks back it just hanged on me the 2nd time, it happened because of the music playing issue again. and it reset too at that time.
and a few days ago it froze when i wanted to change phone settings (normal, silent, etc). but it didnt reset, all the memory was still there.
i think ill just wait until the phone malfunctions for life and get a new phone haha,

Welllll, i drop mine only ONCE and my heart bleeded.
Recently, there's this case where the phone just won't ring even though it's not in the silent mode. I deactivated the silent mode few times and it's still just vibrating. I restarted the phone and luckily it went back to normal.
My word of advice for u: Backup all ur info cuz my phone hanged once (it won't turn on after it ran out of battery) and i have to send it to the service centre. They updated the software and everything inside was goooone!!! (including allll my contacts)

I looked through all 38 pages, and I couldn't find a post that asked this specifically so I'm asking it now =)
Do all of the unlocked versions type and read Korean or does that need to be added separately?
And if only some do and some don't, where did the people who have ones that do read and type Korean buy theirs?
I've been trying to find a phone that is on the cheaper side that can also write in Korean cause I'm tired of romanizing my notes and contacts and such...

mine is the unlocked version and i played around vt typing korean. i think it works fine even though i'm no good in korean. ^^

Hmm...I don't know about that, but since i have the Ice cream phone in blue color.
It has never "hanged" before, but there was this one time that i had to restart my phone because it froze while i was listening to music.
Other than that, there is no problem whatsoever. ^_____^

so i just got the lg icecream and the external LED display doesn't work... i dont know if its my settings or if its the phone.
like the lights on the lower part works, but the area where it's supposed to show the and etc doesnt work. I've checked all the boxes in the external lighting menu.. but it still doesnt work.

what else can I do?

LG KF350
and i read some post back that you can write hangul on this phone...is that true?
because if you can...i'm so buying it! lol xD
and can someone with this phone tell me if it's good like is it a phone that you can't let go of? lol

yes yes this phone unlocked is called the LG KF350. you're right.
and yes, you can write with hangul on this phone..

all your music, pictures, etc. can be renamed in KOREAN
and of course texting and .. you can change your whole phone to korean ;D

I have it right now, and I've had it since about January..
so far I love it.. if you're looking for a simple but cute phone, it's for you.
but if you want internet / wifi / 3G / or a phone with more options.. then don't get it.

I got mine off eBay for like $240 but I'm sure they reduced the prices now..

It's not 3g. I'm assuming you don't live in Korea and
won't be buying the ice cream from there which means
you'll have to buy the GSM version for it to work at all.

Only the ones in korea would possibly have video calling
I don't even know if those do though.

A m a r a n t h: Yeah it's new, but someone got it for me in Hongkong (i'm in canada). It actually lit up once today for me... but not again after that.
is there any place I can send it to to have to replaced or fixed without a receipt?

this may sound like a really stupid question, but do i need to install firmware?
i just got my lg kf350 and i am trying to use tmobile, we got the sim card activated but it will not let me make calls or anything.
anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?

ok, i got it working, it was a problem with tmobile ^^;;
i have looked around an some people say you can send mms, but some say you can NOT unless you change the settings.
i tried and it will not let me ><
