I think the vocalist from Switchfoot has a really soothing and husky voice.
Oh~ And Sisqo! Especially in the song Incomplete. <33

^^ I totally agree with Justin Nozuka having a great voice, but I still think he's still got a little grit and rasp to his voice (which i love ), which some people might not see as soothing...

when I think of smooth/ soothing vocals i automatically think of Brian McKnight, BoyzIImen, Luther Vandross (his cover of "superstar" is my favorite), Dru Hill (all of them, not just Siquo), Jagged Edge, etc- lots of late 80's and 90's rnb groups are good.

Alex from clazziquai's got a really soothing voice, and occasionally he sings in english.

Avant! Avant! Avant! I think he's R. Kelly's cousin which kind of REALLY bugs me. Savage Garden has pretty good vocals but I don't think they've released any new albums in a while...
