and I'm taking all honors classes.
I'm an incoming freshman, so I don't know what the work load is like in highschool.
I'm wondering if I'm going to be swamped with work?

Regular classes sometimes has a high expectation so if its all honors classes, it may be hard.
Middle school was like walking in the meadows, you passed if you tried.
But high school, projects, finals, tests, and such can be a hassle...esp. finals.

If you were struggling a litte/had to work hard, then you might want to look into dropping some classes.
Freshman year isn't all that bad, so I think there is definitely the possibility of doing well with your schedule,
but it's a lot different than middle school so you need to see where you're at first.

I had mainly honors my fresh and soph year, and I really wasn't assigned a lot of work. haha It was pretty chill. =]
So ask some people you know who are taking honors if the work load is a lot and/or the course is too rigorous

But hey, if you can really deal with it.... that's really good for you and you're set on a good path ^^;;

thanks guys.
i think i'll try it,
and if it doesn't work, drop some honor classes that won't really help me in the future.

All the sports at my school have practices everyday pre-season and during the season.

but u got into those good classes right? it takes self discipline.
please remember not to give up... and have your schoolwork as your PRIORITY.
your coach/teacher will understand and tell you the same thing that schoolwork always comes first
at first, i will warn you. its pretty hard. because of homework thats like 4 hours or something, you will barely have time for anything if your really focused on your studies.
Why cry? I'm a stronger girl now because of you. So, why cry?

I mean it was hard at first, but I tried my hardest and worked until I was finished with all my homework (that's why I only get like only 3-5 hours of sleep every night or no sleep at all) and in the end, I got all A's and one B. Yay for me. haha :)
So like what classes are you taking because it depends on the classes and the school you will be attending. If the classes you chose are classes that you might have little or some problems with, then you might likely need to study harder meaning more work in order to understand everything taught in the class.
For me, I had a lot of work given especially reports and projects. You might be swamped with work when you enter highschool, so be prepared is all I can say.

I'm an incoming sophomore but this year I took honors english, honors geometry, an ap human geography as far as "advanced" classes go. If you're taking english honors and another class that requires a lot of reading it's like suicide >:O You have to read so much!!!
And if your practices are really long, it might be hard to manage because you'll lose studying time.

I think you will be fine. Honors classes are not big deal and after a month you will be used to practice after school everyday.
I think you should do it. Definitely don't drop your Honors classes. You need them for you're GPA! =)
