right now I am pretty fit, I do have quite bit of biceps and little bit of abs... that are not visible >.>
therefore , I am planning to lose body fat.
but is it okay to lose bodyfat by just not eating rather than eating healthy and exercising?
because of some issues, I do not really have that much time or opportunities to go running. so I dunno, I was wondering if I could eat a lot less and do little bit of cardio and lose body fat that way...?
is that okay?

I need to start working out or I'll be like a pig pretty soon~lol ;D

You get cravings and everything if you start starving yourself, and you end up over eating sometimes.
Starving yourself usually doesn't give you good results in the end...

Idunno... I guess I can try to eat really really healthy ... like no junk food at all and eat just healthy sandwiches.

Ahhh I see, that makes a lot of sense. Thank you...
well I try to go running as often as possible but then there are issues like work, homework, siblings and parents... and they seem to get in my way quite often
So I guess all I have to do is eat healthy, no junk food, exercise and yepp
thanks all

check out this guy -> he went from gut to CUT in only 4 months. imagine transforming your whole body in such a short amount of time. of course it takes a lot of dedication though.

he has a list of products, exercises etc. he used too.
