Hi Soompiers,

I need your opinions.
I'm getting either one of them this saturday.
Don't know which one to get yet.
As far as style, fuel efficiency, features, price, insurance rates, etc...which one is a better buy?

Please let me know. I'll really appreciate your help ^___^

Based on appearance, I think the Civic coupe is the prettiest -- it's also the cheapest of the three. However, coupes don't have low insurance rates because of the connotations of a coupe (sporty = more prone to accidents? not my opinion just generalization). And I'm pretty sure the Civic coupe has the best fuel efficiency of the three -- actually the tC is probably the highest in insurance rates out of the three.

Civic Sedan. Fuel efficiency wise the coupe is the same as the sedan. The sedan only weighs 75 lbs more than the coupe.

My vote goes to the civic coupe. I don't really like the Scion tC. Bad gas mileage and there's way too many on the road in my opinion.
Get a sedan if you people need to sit in back all the time.

compared to a 1988 civic? if they were to place a new civic back in the day, that would be considered a full size sedan

CIVIC COUPE!
I wanted that car just because it's gas efficient!

tCs are plain ugly but that's just my opinion. Anything looks better than that bug, bleh!

civic coupe and scion tc are the college cars.
i don't blame people wanting them cuz there aren't many new cars that appeal to young people and are affordable.

I drive a Civic Coupe. ^^
It gets good gas mileage, and the price wasn't bad, either. I personally like the shape of the Civic Coupe (Although the Scion tC is nice, too).
The only thing about the coupe is... the blind spots are pretty bad. (So, just make sure you completely check before you switch lanes. )

i'd go for the civic coupe...its kinda short and mouse-like?ish? maybe...its just short...but i rather it over the tc.
either way u see too many of em on the road, and coupe > sedan to me...and the thought that coupe insurance costs more than sedans isnt always right, it all varies, sometimes both the seden and coupe are the same

I'd get the civic sedan because i find it to be a lot more useful but i like the seats in the civic coupe better.
both cars are relatively cheap to maintain and they get great mpg which is great since gas prices are ridiculous haha
