if you cant go gym, go jog outside.
or pop in an aerobics tape at home and follow along.
for food, you'll just have to start slowly.
if you eat chips, soda, etc everyday, start by removing one can of soda a day.
drink water or sparking mineral water. [the one with lemon/lime flavor is not bad]
then progress to remove on serving of chips everyday, until you build the discipline.
once you cut a little, start replacing with healthy foods.
it takes time, but i'm sure you can do it

And if you can't eat small meals a day, and you don't eat lunch......what else can we suggest that you'll try?

As for the eating issue, just..please FORCE yourself to eat less junk food and more fruits and veggies
yeah but u know my parents liek buys SOO much junk food for my bro and sis to eat.. and whenever i see them eating it and see it i.. -__- : (and do u know if i should eat 3 meals a day and how much?

Breakfast - cereal or fruit
Lunch - a turkey sandwich
Dinner - Soup or salad (be careful with dressing selections)
If you get hungry, you can snack on nuts and fruits.
You can eat fruits, veggies, whole grain cereals, beans, nonfat dairy products (yogurt, etc), low fat meats and poultry, and also fish.
Just avoid foods that are high in fat and calories, and avoid foods high in sugar (pies, candy, etc).
If you're really serious about losing weight, you should exercise too. It'd be a lot more effective.
Try running 3-4 times a week (at least).
And if you want, allow yourself a fatty meal/snack once in a while? Haha...
Also, just because certain drinks are diet, doesn't mean that it's better. (Some contain a lot of substitutes that aren't so good).

When my friend wants to resist eating, she'll drink water or juice. She's pretty thin (but still healthy).
For exercise, I don't know. I'm still working on that. Exercise in the morning for maybe 30 minutes because it should be more effective. It's hard to exercise in the morning, but just try to sleep earlier so you can get up earlier (but that means you'll need to eat dinner earlier too). I do jumproping in my basement. You could try jogging if you live in a safe environment (I've heard stories of people in my town getting chased down by loonies while they exercised, so I don't jog).

So some jogging and stuff could help, but not like strenuously working out at the gym cos then it would be more like toning up instead of losing the fat.
Eat meals with filling foods like bread, veggies, etc. so you don't feel like snacking throughout the day. o,o

She stopped eating white rice and started eating brown rice and ONLY brown rice.
First 4-5 days of the week she only ate meat, and only meat with the brown rice.
The last 2-3 days, she didn't eat the meat anymore and ate fruits and veggies instead with the brown rice.
Also exercise won't make you lose weight. It will most likely tone up your muscles, making yourself look less clumpy. Exercise might make you gain weight (depends on what you do), as muscle weighs more than fat.
