What I've noticed is...your body doesn't change in proportion does it? o.O Like...someone who naturally has arms and legs tinier than their tummies will look that way when they're fat...and when they lose weight, sure they'll look skinner but...their tummy is still sticking out o.o

People say there's no such thing as "spot reducing." So tell me...when someone loses massive amounts of weight, has tiny arms and legs, and weighs like 98 pounds...but still have a flabby tummy. What're they supposed to do? >.<; Can't lose anymore weight...cuz that's already way too thin. But they still LOOK fat simply because their tummy is still sticking out x.x So what do they do then? o.o

Is there really a way to change this? T_____T Cuz I remember when I lost like 20 pounds...my tummy was still chubby...so I still looked chubby T_T

work with your tummy...make it flat. or whatever area you feel like it's fat.

if you wanna get rid of the flat tummy, do more ab work, or yoga, or aeorobic excercises that deal with that area.

ppl say i'm skinny, but i always say no b/c of the tummy, lol and >.> yeah.

if you are naturally born with a bigger belly, it will always be bigger than the other parts of your body b/c your genetics just likes to store fat there no matter how thin you are overall. and you are right theres no such thing as spot reducing in terms of fat. i know this from first hand experience. i have a big butt and no matter how much weight i loose, my butt will always look bigger than the rest of my body. the only way to fix something like this is thru lipo.

you can strength train on those abs to tighten the muscle but its not going to change the overall shape of your body.

oh and your body does loose weight fairly proportionally. the reason why your tummy still look chubby was b.c your tummy started out chubbier than the rest of the body so it will end up being chubbier than the rest.

bottom line is if your DNA says that you carry most of your weight in your mid section area RELATIVE to other parts of your body then you will always have a heavier tummy RELATIVE to other parts of your body regardless of weight loss.

gain more muscle and lose more fat. just because your legs and arms are skinny doesn't mean you're very low in body fat [proportional to your entire weight]

i believe genetics factors into difficulty, and not possibility.

YES, omigosh, I can completely relate. I'm 110 lbs (50 kg) at 5'5 and I LOOK SO MUCH FATTER than most of my friends, who all claim they weigh between 120 - 125 lb. That's unfathomable to me. : S And when I "tone up", my body just gets "harder". Nothing looks "smaller".
