Lollipop wasn't even in top 3 this week on music bank. last week, it was in the top 3, but it was big bang AND 2ne1's song, definitely not just the girls'. every site credits it to "빅뱅 & 2NE1".

2NE1 top searched this week, 10th - 16th.


lots of articles out about 'lollipop' maybe establishing a record, being the first CM song to make it this big, topping charts and such.

And I don't think I've seen a CF song do so well on the charts without that much promotion. Lollipop has been doing amazingly well since its release.

those guys are part of the nuthang crew, and if they dress the girls anything like the way they dress themselves, the fashion is going to be out there.

I know what they'll wear is supposed to be considered 'fashionable' and 'funky' but they have to be a little careful how they dress the girls
because sometimes it might not look right on the girl and it might look more clownish or wack, you know what I mean?
The stuff GD wears - he can pull it off, because that's him.
But if the girls are kinda forced into wearing that type of style - it might not look as.. genuine? (I don't know how to explain ^^; ) and people will definitely want to continue calling them "wannabes".
They can't just wear it, they have to be it... do I make sense? (maybe not, lol)
I want them to have the attitude along with their fashion... especially Sandara (if it's going to be hip-hop/boyish/funky). Sometimes she's too cute, like Kara♥SNSD cute.

That's just my thoughts...
But I'm still excited about it all, nonetheless.

Currently they own every single top search list every week!
But hope the girls were not like following GD's style!!
It's on their own but I'm sure with a talented stylist they have for sure their style is a piece of cake!
But for me, the one that really look to begin the fashion trend is CL!!
Saw her in other show and all her outfit is nice & very stylish!
I guess Bommie needs to work it out her image!

You can't give a gentle soul like Park Bom all this intimidating and risque makeup. Ain't gonna work XD

You're right. GD can rock it because he has the attitude. CL and Minji (at times) could probably pull it off but for the "more girly" members (Bom and Sandy lol) you have to tone it down a bit. I'm sure they know what they're doing

Ahh I totally understand what you're saying! I think it's kind of a confidence thing you know? Like GD isn't afraid to wear something and that confidence transfers over to us so we accept it as normal. But if Bom were to wear something like that and you could tell she was uncomfortable it would be all "uh... why is she trying too hard?" I STILL can't picture Sandara hip-hop ish... lol seriously. CL/Minji just have this... youthful vitality that can pull it off while Bom and Sandara are beautiful its just... I don't know they shouldn't try to be 15 when they're not. Which was why I liked their outfits in the Lollipop MV because if Bom wore what CL wore I'd be like O____O

Oh well we'll just have to wait and see. I bet GD has been waiting for awhile to get the chance to style girls xD

I kind of agree with what has been said earlier. I actually didn't want the girls to go through the "boys who dress like boys" just because their music style will probably be hip hop. There are way better styles for this kind of music in my opinion. Plus it wouldn't suit Sandara because she's more the cute style, and Park Bom is womanly. I would prefer them to have something more surprising, not just girls who use boys jeans and act like they were raised in the street only because they can rap.

I don't know if everybody get what I'm saying lol. I'm really anticipating their debut and I am expecting a lot from YG. Let's cross our fingers and hop they won't disappoint us... I believe in them !

about them being number 1 still on NAVER, the first week when Lollipop came out, i understood that people were curious and of course Lollipop is a huge hit but on the second week and still Top search? that's just WOW! They couldn't get enough of the girls now, can't they, even during the same week that another band had a comeback, they still get to be top searched? That just proves the girls are getting more and more popular.
Now, i'm excited for their debut!
