you mean motion sickness right? like you feel like vomitting and nauseous.

the best thing to do is to just sleep through the entire ride.
make sure you dont read, write, or draw. the plane moves so the objects you focus your eyes on will move too and thats can make you sick.
eat light, heavy foods will make you feel bad especially things like dairy and large quantities of read meat as well as sweets.
drink lots of water.
lean back in your seat and sit straight instead of crouching forward.

actually, i believe motion sickness is mostly in the head and this is why you only feel sick when you are awake but will be perfectly fine when sleeping.

Maybe you could take motion sickness medication, like Dramamine? Make sure you don't have any health risks.

Try chewing gum? And Azngel's tips are really good- drink lots of water, try to sleep~ And if you're in the aisle, and you're awake and there's no line for the bathroom, just walk to the bathroom every now and then and splash some water on your face. The walking will help, and the water will make you feel cleaner and less stuffy.

I drink carbonated drinks, ginger ale works best for motion sickness.

Works pretty well, cause after you burp, your head feels really clear.

I find that cracking open the window and letting the wind blow on my face helps calm me down.

It helps for car travel, but I suppose rolling down the window on the airplane might be considered an imposition with your fellow travelers. mellow.gif

Dramamine helps. My mom gets motion sickness on planes too, but mostly when the plane is landing or if there's a lot of turbulence. The dramamine also makes you drowsy, which also helps. Drink plenty of fluids, try to get up and stretch every once in a while, don't read (gives me headache usually).

Drink plenty of water or try to sleep
Try not to focus outside of the window and lean back on your seat (:
