Probably the best laptop out for its price.
It's better than the macbook pro, check the specs.

(I upgraded a lot of the specs by paying extra so yours might not be as good as mine, but regardless, if you get it you won't regret it)

i did have a fujitsu lifebook, but now that that's in shambles, i have a toshiba satellite... which is pretty good, but nothing beats the sound and feel of a fujitsu keyboard. T.T

oh, and i just bought an asus eee as well:

apparently my shoulders and back think that a 13.3" laptop is still too heavy to lug around in my backpack, so i had to get an eee.

here's the spec

Yeah its small but it suits me cos i move around a lot! Also mine doesnt have the fingerprint scanner in between the mouse buttons and mine still has the stickers on both sides of the mouse pad.

previous one = Packard bell easy note L4 - spec

Got a hp Pavilion dv9005us, and a Asus EEE PC 1000.

Good stuff this asus, I just got it recently, and for school, I don't think there is any better if you don't need games and such. My hp pavilion is my media laptop that I use mainly for games and watching videos in my room, but the asus epc is what i take to class.(It's only 10 inches compared to my 17 inch pavilion.)

Yeah, it's from gelaskins.com

They're pretty good quality. It'd be nice if the skin covered the corners of it but oh well :\
