I just received my new Vostro 1310 for Dell a few days ago.

13.1"
T5670
2GB RAM
160GB HD

It's my first notebook. I'm a little disappointed though, the keyboard is really bad and it's going back to the depot for a replacement keyboard.

Bought a Vaio Sz780 about a month ago. Sincerely I'm more than happy with it, it looks so good and it's quite powerful. But too things are sooo stressful. First the keyboard...kinda loud!!! On my last laptop I could barely hear myself typing...this one people actually look at me when I start typing at the library -sleep.gif-
second...not necessarily sony's fault Vista makes the computer not as fast as it could be with XP. Even after having deleted all sony's crap vista is simply...anyway. It's just sad that such a little bomb is slowed down by vista dry.gif

here's my config:

*
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T8300 (2.40GHz)
*
2 GB DDR-SDRAM (DDR2-667, 1 GBx2)
*
160 GB SATA Hard Disk Drive
*
DVD +/- R DL / DVD (+/-) RW / DVD-RAM Drive
*
Camera
*
Wireless LAN (802.11a\b\g\n with Bluetooth® technology)
*
Trusted Platform Module / Biometric Fingerprint Sensor
*
Keyboard (Black)
*
13.3" WXGA
*
Large Capacity Lithium-ion Battery (BPL9)
*
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium

planning on getting some more Ram...
