I'm having troubles following a low sodium diet because all around me is fast food practically and I couldn't cook if my life depended on it. So any options? Everyone I ask, all they say is "google it" or what NOT to eat. I think it'd be easier to tell me what I CAN eat. Any help would be much appreciated.

your supposed to consume less than 2200mg of sodium a day. your going to have to do some work yourself. read nutritional labels and make a diet around it.

look for food that has less salt or no salt at all. my mom recently started cooking without salt
. it has no taste but it helps to get healthier. less sodium in your body.

soy sauce has a lottttt of sodium. so does canned foods. eat stuff thats natural. if you really can't avoid eating too much sodium on a particular day, make sure to drink a lot of water to balance it out

Stay away from processed foods. Hams, can food, pizza, etc. They all have gratuitous amount of sodium.
"But when it ends and while it ends, something comes, after so much rage, persistence, obstinacy, extravagance; something entirely unexpected and touching in its mildness and goodness. With the motif passed through many vicissitudes, which takes leave and so doing becomes itself entirely leave-taking, a parting wave and call, with this D G G occurs a slight change, it experiences a small melodic expansion. After an introductory C, it puts a C sharp before the D. . .and this added C Sharp is the most moving, consolatory, pathetically reconciling thing in the world. It is like having one's hair or cheek stroked, lovingly, understandingly, like a deep and silent farewell look. . . . " (Mann: 55).

Avoid soup, especially canned. I've been eating that a lot lately, and the other day I looked at the can and realized I was taking in 120% of my daily sodium intake in two/three bowls of soup. DDD:
