Right now I have a 8gig iPhone and due to financial problems, I need to sell it temporarily for money.
I'm looking for a cheap (Under $200 preferably) but decent phone that's good for browsing on the internet and texting. Any type of phone is good (slider, flip, etc.) as long as it feels good in my pocket and isn't embarrassing to take out in public.
PS: I'm really not sure if there's any phone like this, but I might as well ask; is there a phone that DOESN'T advertise on every screen that you go to? Take the D807 for example; everywhere you go, there was always a "buy -this-" option at the top. One thing I loved about the iPhone was I didn't have to look at AT&T's shitty "AT&T/Cingular mall" sign.

You might as well try and find a unbranded phone then if you don't want any advertisments.

I was just asking. Sure I don't like it but if they all have it, then I'll just suck it up.

well since you're just buying a phone you probably won't be getting those cheaper prices like when you get a new contact right?
i suggest getting a unbranded/unlocked phone because they're practically the same price as the branded ones if you buy without the contract..
also try ebay and soompi? some people on soompi sell their old sellphones..

Why not go with verizon? At&T is preposterously expensive. 300 min for $40!!! I have 450 minutes for that much plus unimited usage during off-peak hours for $40.
