theres no way to lose weight in the long run without working out and eating a healthy meal consistently.

meals, you just have to eat meals sufficiently until you feel satisfied, not full.
you can eat up to 9 meals a day if you want to. just limit your proportions, eat when your hungry, space the timings out, and eat a healthy variety of food.

exercising, you need to work out (pilates, dance, jog, etc) for a minimum of 3 times a week for 30 minutes even though you are not dieting. its for our own individual health and if you want to take it to the next level and lose weight out of it step it up a notch and work out everyday for more than 30 min.

stop being lazy, eat right, and exercise.

Can you get good grades without studying?

Can you earn money without working?

Can you lose weight without working hard?

Uhh, no.


There's seriously no such thing as losing weight without working that hard unless you were born with a high metabolism rate, a small stomach, and the skinny genes.

I suggest doing things you actually enjoy. Try sports or perhaps dance?

lolz...you gotta work for what you want.
It's either exercise or diet meal plan.
If you don't like to exericse, what you can do is eat less, low carb diet.
I used to do it, but you'll be slowly losing weight. Maybe 5lbs a month at the most.
I say exercise then eat whatever you want.

I'm the type of person who gains/loses weight really easily.
I've been pretty much bumming around for the past week and I lost like 7 pounds. =.=
