Problem With A Tablet Want it in mouse-mode

I just got this Wacom Intuos 3, so I'm a beginner. I really love it and all, but I want it to mouse-mode. Can anyone please help me? I have read the manual, but it doesn't say HOW I make it to mouse-mode.

So, anyone here in Soompi who can help little me? I would be soo thankful! sweatingbullets.gif
