I was just curious,
has any of you guys ever played the ouija board?
what kind of questions did you ask?
any scary experiences that happened to you or someone you know?
please close this thread if its already been made.

note: for those who dont know what a ouija board is, its kind of like a board, that has letter,numbers and other symbols printed on it, and its a way to contact the dead, by asking it questions, and everyone would put their hand on a spinner or something and it would move and spell out each letter.

I never did or even will play it!
I heard LOTS of scary stories about it...

one story my friend told me when we were in high school that she played it b4 with her cousins...
I don't quite remember but she said that scary things happend and they got out of home forgetting one of her cousins there!
neways when they got inside they found her dead! ... that's what she told me.. I'm not sure if it was really the truth..
but she said if I'm ever gonna play it.. NEVER EVER ASK SILLY QUESTIONS! coz they get offended!

my cousin played it once, it was really scary because at first they were just playing around trying to scare each other so one of them got angry and told them to play seriously this time and what really scared me was when they told me that the spirit was a guy and he was sitting right next to one of my girl cousin and that he thought that she was really pretty. >< eekk scary.

hmmm but I wonder how do you end the game or close the portal that you open when you play it???

Ouija Board is fake. If there really was a way to contact the dead, i'm pretty sure they wouldn't sell it at K-mart. You're the one moving the Ouija thingy, not some weird spirit. I'm christian, so I don't believe in that stuff anyways.

I tried Ouija board and another version, using the pencil one... gives me the creeps typing it out but..

the ouija one was, well, i don't know actually. nothing bad really happened and until now, i think it was one of my friend's pushing it.

but the pencil one... should i tell the whole story?????? its gonna be so long but here anyway.

my school is said to be haunted, well most schools seem to be. but my classroom was said to be really haunted. at night when we had camps, my classroom would always be unlocked and there would be chairs at the door facing the parade square.
anyway one of my friends had this idea of the pencil thingy, i thought that it was fake so i just agreed.

the pencil did move, and we asked random questions.. 4 people would be 'playing' and there would be many people surrounding them, looking. everybody thought it was fake. then while i was at it with 3 close friends, one of them said that we should just use our fingers to touch the pencil. we did and it continued moving. i was kinda freaked out by then, and i refused to do it anymore.

but many people in my class did continue, and 1 of them took a picture of our friends' hands while they were at it.
it was damn freaky, cus there was another pair of hands (transparent blue colour) right on top of theirs!
lots of freaky things happened, one of the 'things' followed my friend during our major exam. she could .. erm. hear it. as well as pictures that were taken..

OK I dont wanna freak people out so im gonna stop here.
if you dont believe in such things, its fine with me but im just telling my experience that it really happened. u can ask if u wanna hear more (i'll definitely be stalking this thread ) but my advice is NEVER TO MESS AROUND WITH SUCH STUFF.

Yeah, my friends and I liked playing quija board when the teachers weren't in or during lunch time.
We didn't use a real board, we drew on a piece of paper, A-Z, 0-9, and a little house on the middle.
We used a pen or a pencil as the pointer.

My friends and I together held the pen on top of the house, that's the start and end points.
The numbers of people who were holding the pen MUST be an even number.
Friends said if it's an odd number, the middle person would be cursed, died early.

I forgot what we said, I think "(Insert a dead person's name) please come play with us" and repeat.
Some friends said "Guardian Angel, please come play with us", this way we were sure the spirit was the good one. lol ^^

and then a few seconds later, the pen moved around randomly.
When we asked questions, the pen circling letters or numbers, creating a word.

We asked stuff like our love crushes, ask if the ghost could guess our age and our birthdays, ask when we would die (bad idea LOL).
Most of the answers that we already knew were correct. Sometimes the ghost just circling random letters. We assumed it didn't know the answer.
We kept asking random questions until we were satisfied.
After we were done, we had to say, "(insert the ghost's name), thank you for coming and playing with us. You can go home now"
And then pen moved back to the 'house' and stopped moving.
Sometimes the pen didn't want to go to the 'house', so we just kept playing, and then asked it to go back home again.

Sometimes the pen moved around frantically, like it's angry, or it didn't want to answer anything, just circling random letters/numbers.
That's the sign that we had to send the ghost home.
It's a MUST to make sure to send the ghost home, because if it's not, the ghost's still wondering around.


I once let go of the pen before sending the ghost back to the 'house', at night i felt like I heard weird sounds in my bedroom.
I slept with the lights on.

i've never played it. I started playing the house one with the pencil but i got scared and chickened out^^. I remember my parents, my aunt and her boyfriend and my brother playing the ouiji bored. I remember asking my mom what the bored was because I didn't know what it was for. She told me that it's a ghost game or something used to contact the dead.

What i don't understand is that why did they use to sell the ouiji bored if it was scary or dangerous. I remember hearing that ouiji boreds were banned or something and they even burnt them. Sylvia Brown says never to mess with the ouiji bored too.

I asked my friends to play with me but they were to scared..
Then they started telling stories about demons haunting...or something..

I lost my Ouija board afterwards, I think someone took it or threw it away....

i played it with my sisters my friends and her sister. it freaked me out. one

i only played the ones with the pencils. my cousin told me to play with her and we asked yes or no questions.
i remembered one time i was playing with her and we asked if she was going to get discovered my Big Bang. you know the Korean group Big Bang. a few months later, we were in this talent show and this karate group called "Big Bang" was in it.

but i would NEVER play the real thing. scares the crap out of me. i heard if you burn the Ouija Board, a demon would come out and haunt you. i was watching it on that true show "A Haunting". i learn something from that show everyday.

ouija board?

wow...i remember i would go over my friend next door and play that game for hours. it's so addicting(back then). we would ask questions about life and our future and stuff like that. we even asked who controlled the board. we didn't really have any creepy experiences with it. we would play the game in her closet because that was the only darkest place in her room(and the fact that she didn't want her parents to find out that she had the game. lol).

I'd never do that. Mad creepy. I'd play with the plastic ones...but if you have an athentic one, it could really work.

Although...my friend playe with one last year...it said she was gonna die October 17, 2007. She was soooo paranoid thatt day, she wore a friggen suit of armor to school lol.

She never died. =P
