I watched a video about making 90-second gelato in Japanese class, but I couldn't find it in English! Normally making gelato is a difficult process, and take a few hours for it to be complete.
So here I translated the recipe:
90-second gelato
Easily make gelato in 90 seconds!
Note: After making it today, I changed the recipe a bit!
Ingredients (serves 3~4 people)
-your choice of fruits... about a cup
-White sugar... 2 tablespoons
-heavy cream (its different from the coolwhip stuff!) ........ a bit less than 1/2 cup
-Lemon juice..........1/2 tablespoons
Instructions:
1. Take the fruits that you chose (mango, blueberries, strawberries, etc.) and cut it into 2 cm cubes, and freeze it. (make sure it's TOTALLY frozen!)
2. Put the fruit cubes into a food processor and blend it until the chunks are pretty small (like little pebbles)
3. Add the sugar, whipping cream, and lemon juice, and food process the mixture again until the texture is even and ice-creamy (about 10 seconds)
** This recipe generally makes slightly creamier/softer gelato, so it probably won't give you a solid ice cream-looking gelato.

材料(3~4人分)
・お好みのフルーツ..150g
・上白糖............大さじ2
・生クリーム........100cc
・レモン汁..........大さじ1/2
1.お好みのフルーツ(マンゴー、ブルーベリー、
イチゴなど)を2cm角に切り、冷凍庫で凍らせる。
2.フードプロセッサーに1を入れ、約10秒混ぜる。
3.上白糖、生クリーム、レモン汁を加え、
フルーツの粒が見えなくなるまで混ぜて完成。
