You can get some recovery programs to scan ur harddisc index for traces of the files.
Usually takes long to do and the softwares are expensive, but I found this page where u might be able to get free ones.

i never tried those softwares myself, so I cant say if they are any good.

who know i only do damage to his computer with my stupidity about computer

Don't sound so negative, you can only learn when you make mistakes.
Next time consider doing a XP repair install rather than a format. Unless you were messing with the file system or something to break it, its unlikely you will need anything more than a repair install and that installs over the current XP so your files are still there.
And you should teach your dad how to backup his files. Computers are never 100% reliable.
So try the recovery programs BEFORE you start installing things. The more you install now, the more likely the files you want to save are overwritten.

Thats the key, backup ur files 
Before formating and stuff, find the important documents and copy them to another drive/usb drive or such...
