No, mangoes actually have alot of vitamin C, not that much sugar.
Well, it actually depends if you have those really ripened one or still somewhat green.
If you do eat it, remember not to drink water after!
I'm currently semi hiatus at the moment due to school.
*still pm me please, although it might take awhile to reply!

oh in science class i heard Vit C can be washed out by water so maybe if you drink water, you're diluting the Vit C so the effect isn't as great ph34r.gif but yeah i think mango's are gd,i heard banana's arn't too gd for u but i don't like banana too much.

The Calories in dole mangoes is only 70 according to: http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/92247.html

Just don't eat too much and I think it can be a good snack to have.

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin. You need water in order to absorb it.

Your body absorbs as much Vitamin C as it can and excretes the rest REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH WATER YOU DRINK. You'll find yourself with rather acidic pee if you take a lot of Vitamin C in and not a lot of water (I hear it's painful ph34r.gif).

As for fattening fruit... I heard avocados were the most fattening (so stay away from that if you're on a diet).
I stopped believing.

this is the first i'm hearing of bananas, let alone ANY fruit being fattening.

i try to eat bananas a few times a week, and they haven't put any weight on me.

Does it really matter. These are good fats and it's a fruit so I'm sure it's ok

Well, it's because you might get diarrhea. But I think it depends on some people.

my personal trainer told me that avacados are the "fattiest" of fruits/veggies. I guess because it's kind of creamy?

speaking of which... what category does an avacado fall in?
