GAH. i felt like i could've prevented this. i totally saw everythign in slow motion as it hit the ground and everything. oh, the traumaa
so. i tried turning it on and there's little cracks on the top right hand corner of the screen. i tried plugging it into my computer and there's no problem with it but i just can't view it on my lcd screen.
i called best buy and they said they'd have to send it out for at least 30 bucks to LOOK at it. and then they'd tell me the price for the repair. i'm assuming it's going to be some big bucks because it's the screen..-__-..
I also tried chatting with a Sony representative since their phone support was closed and he said I'd have to send it in.
is there any way I can get some professional help without sending to Sony and getting a ridiculous repair price but also getting decent service?
I just want to be able to view my screeeeen T_T
I can't really buy another one beacuse I got this camera a few months ago for my birthday. and all i konw is that it was pretty expensive..
My "Limited Warranty" hasn't expired yet but I don't think they'll cover for it since I dropped it...Can anyone help me on the warranty?
I'll include the warranty just in case anyone needs it.
