WindowsXP Professional

Ok does anyone in here used to use/uses Aston, deleted it because it was acting up? Here's the story

So my sister decided to remove it, but it also removed the start up bar. She tried to find the restore from the task manager bar. She couldn't find it. She didn't know about the Aston deletes the Explore start up too. A friend of friend fixed our computer long time ago he decides to upload Aston because he said Aston it's faster. It's been acting up lately. Removed. >.<

The problem, we can't simply go click on the Start/Accessories/ System Tool/ Restore. Because it isn't there. It's just a wallpaper WindowsXP screen. The right click doesn't work. I tried to find a way to restore it past 6 hours. I've looked around these threads for some helpful tips.

Don't know what to do anymore...

On the keyboard hold down both the SHIFT and CTRL key then press the ESC at the top left of the keyboard. This will bring up task manager. On the "Applications" tab click on the "New Task" button at the bottom right of the task manager. It will come up with a window called "Create New Task". In the "Open:" section type "Explorer" then click on the "OK" button. This will restore your start button and the task bar.

I just finished trying that. The System Start won't restore.
Task bar works. Thank you.
The Start; not there.
Finally found a way into the restore system. I just now remember what my sister told me at the very beginning when the guy fixed out computer... The Recycling Bin is always empty after deleting a file.

Just plain screwed.
