try looking through these blogs & the blogs linked by them - they're vegetarian & vegan mostly. Some are practically all recipes, while others have their recipes here and there amidst food pics
BUT, I'd highly recommend you picking up a vegetarian cookbook, like Diet for a Small Planet or The Moosewood Cookbook. One that has a nice assortment of info & balanced recipes so you're clear on where you are getting your protein, carbs, minerals, etc from

I'm not vegetarian but the postpunk kitchen website is really awesome. Also, there are a lot of good vegetarian/vegan communities on livejournal.
To me, two of the most vegetarian friendly cuisines are Indian and Korean. Buddhist restaurants/groceries are also really good places to find vegetarian foods.
I don't have any specific recipes, but my favorite stuff that I used to eat when I was a vegan (for a short while), was hummus+pita, lasagna w/ blended tofu instead of riccotta cheese, mabo tofu w/ shiitake mushrooms replacing the meat, and bibimbap.

I'm a vegetarian and I always make feta mushroom omelette's.
ingredients
150ml milk
100g feta cheese
4 eggs
2 large handful mushrooms
I soak 2 large hand of mushrooms in milk so that they become creamy for 30 minutes the mushrooms will shrink whilst cooking. Then I pour the milk and mushroom in the pan, letting the vapor evaporate intensifying the taste of mushrooms, I let the mushroom sizzle to about 3/4 of their original size and then bring in the egg and cheese. Pre-heat the oven gas mark 6, cook it until the egg hardens a all turns white or for 4 minutes, then place the omelette's into the oven until it goes abit golden brown usually 10 minutes but I check check it every few minutes.
Good supply of protein and it very filling.
Optional ingredients: leek, onions, garlic, tomatoes (but I hardly bother with tomatoes)

I'm a vegetarian but its not cuz I want to be healthy or anything like that.. I gradually stopped liking meat and eventually it became disgusting to me so yeah. I'm actually UNHEALTHY cuz I don't eat a lot of things.. which is like killing me
You should stock up on Tofu, soya milk, peanut butter, and veggies! ^o^ ~
P.S.: It DOESN'T help if you have a chinese/asian family who eats meat and calls you stupid for refusing food they make, btw.

I love veggies more than meat.
I'm just really picky about what kind of meat & how its done.
So that already limits my appetite for meat.
But my fave veggies: too many to list!
veggy wraps are BOMB.
so are pizzas.
pastas with extra mushrooms stuffed with cheese.
stir fried veggies.
fried tofu is BOMB!
tofu is good w. chicken broth.
omelettes are always great!!!

yay i think you made a good choice to be vegetarian. the only thing from here is to also make good choices as a vegetarian, i mean lots of people say that vegetarian menu is alot healthier than meat-eaters menu and thats true, as long as you're still getting all your nutrients.
make sure to eat lots of tofu, soy products, beans, nuts, eggs and of course veggies(especially mushrooms) =]]]]

I am :] ! And I'm glad I did it. Been a vegitarian since...June 2007. I know, it's not long, but it's not hard for me since most of my family are vegitarian.
I cook vegitarian chicken pot pie. I use regualr recipe that can be found anywhere, but instead of using real chicken, I use Morning Star's stripe chicken.I know alot of recipes..but I just make them up as I go along so don't have exact measurement etc etc >.<;;. Sorry T__T.

I am a vegetarian but I don't cook so I end up buying a lot of microwavable veggie stuff mostly stuff from boca and garden. I also buy the fake meat stuff for sandwiches. hummus+pita like someone else mentioned is really really good! Thankfully my mom does all my veggie cooking and she makes a lot of good dishes without the meat.
