I'm planning to buy a smartphone but i dont know what to buy. Before, im eyeing on Sony Ericsson W960i then Anycall released Haptics - which unfortunately for me wont be here in my country anytime soon(I'm form the Philippines). Then I consider buying an Apple I-phone which just kinda looks like haptics without the 3g, but I've read somewhere that I-phone is just "overpriced junk". There. Please help me out.

1.)unlocked phone
2.)I'm looking for a touch screen smartphone
3.)it would also be cool if there is no keypad that's why i considered an apple i-phone.. but any cool smartphones will do.
4.)Needs a decent quality camera, able to play mp3 sounds (ie. make mp3 clip a ringtone)
5.)have a big memory storage capacity / can have an external memory (memory card)

any suggestions/recomendations would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Apple is actually upgrading the iPhone, set to be released in early June during the WWDC. Speculations claim that it WILL have 3G, as well as an upgraded camera and some other features. Based on your requests, I would wait a month to see the new upgraded iPhone, since it fits all of your requirements.

3G?!oohh i like that!! i wont be buying any phone soon so i might as well wait for a 3G i-phone (i'm just looking for the BEST one to buy).. i just wonder when would it be release in Asia specifically in the Philippines..

Honestly, don't get the iPhone. It's overrated well here in the US it is. My sis has one. It's cool and all but I'd rather get the Nokia N95. I'm saving my money for this baby. It costs a lot but I bet you can get cheaper in the Philippines.

i dont know with nokia, they seem to release a brand new unit after the other, i cant keep track.. is black berry good? (wait, is it even a touch screen smartphone? ) now a days i seem to have a thing for touch screens..
