Can't Open Buy.com Music .wma File

i bought a song from buy.com and downloaded the wma file, but it won't open. i tried real player, windows media, and winamp, but they all get the same message:
i have other wma files that work just fine... i'm thinking it's because it encoded with all the legal stuff, but i still can't figure it out... help? =P
