Okay so I'm dieting and want some different ideas about foods to eat. What have you guys eaten and how did it help or hurt your dieting? Thanks in advanced.

lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein, and whole grains! try to limit carbs (i know, it's killer.. but actually not that hard!)
try tofu seaweed salad
soak dried seaweed overnight
season with gochu garu (those red pepper flakes) and chamgirum (sesame oil) and *optional* soy sauce, a little bit of sugar, garlic, and green onion
[note: go light with the sesame oil]
mix seaweed with chopped lettuce (i like red leaf best. it just looks so purty) and tofu (any kind of texture you want.. for some reason, i love soon dubu).
sprinkle with gochu garu for fluorish!

grapefruit is my lifesaver
i used to eat one everyday, but cut down to three days every week
it helps cleanse your body of bacteria and fats (helps the body's metabolism to burn fat), lowers cholesterol, and even cleared my skin up

Oh very interesting. I didn't know that. When I was younger I ate them a lot. Now I'll have to start doing that again. Of course make sure you leave off a lot of sugar lol (I did that when I was little).
