I find it really unhelpful to do this kind of thing because it puts you up against a person who has had airbrushing, photoshop, personal stylists, personal trainers, professional makeup/hair stylists, etc. And anyway...not all body types are the same, so for all the girls that would love to look like Gisele or Alba, the chances are slim because you probably don't have the same body proportions or structure. I find it so much easier to just give yourself a goal and not try to compare yourselves to people who don't have the same body types as yourself.
