i think if people want to post pictures, it should be from live or automatic on screen pictures, most photos on the web have been photo shopped... even the skinny models get there imperfection fixed >.< but most stars/models/idols/etc. have great bodies anyways^^ plus it is hard to model yourself to someone elses body due to peoples genetics, body type, habits, etc @_@

this sounds kind of mean, but sometimes just looking at pictures of obese people makes me want to start working out and eat healthier, more than looking at people with hot bodies

my inspiration?

myself three-four years ago.
i was fit and flexible.
or me this summer, but weighing five pounds less (still had stomach pudge. ]

i ran a lot, but i was annoyed that my arms were so toned. ><
p90x is crazy, but i went from being able to do 0 chin ups to 3 easy.
must stop being lazy...

wow girls..im really amazed at how much of u's are impacted by the supposed "ideal" bodies like dese..

i dont kno..bt i feel kinda upset dat everyone feels like these r da perfect bodies, im not bashing or anything but yeah..

i thort guys digged curves more? like..less stickness and bone, but more curved, and toned?

does anyone understand?
