he's slow, but steadily taking over the charts! mnet and inkigayo.
i think his albums are still selling pretty well even though it's 1.5 months after the release.
sold out concert too. Ybaeby is just doing big things these days. congrats!
i hope he has a longer solo period too. aghgh but i do miss big bang as a whole as well.
no worries, with this success, he's gonna have second album...hopefully full album not a mini album!
Madame B performance was utterly awesome. you can tell he is an incredible vocalist from how he sang "baby i'm sorry" unplugged.
he should do some unplugged songs in his concerts. oooh yes the back up singers were not that great....but it's understandable because tae yang is too awesome to compare too!

i think YB's perf on madame B was amazing....yes he was a bit tired and yes you could see him pulling through but thats wat made it more awesome...he rocked each and every song and im so happy he finally performed Pray!! i was waiting forever for him to perform it and he finally did ~wooT....and baby im sorry was sooo goodd...his vocals were awesome!!

"Pray" is my fave song from his mini-album so I'm really happy to see him perform it in full. Gahhh he's just so cutehotsexyamazingtalented I'm smitten all over again!
You can totally tell the noona fans wanted to scream and applaud loudly but you know, must show maturity and self control! haha. I so hope that he'll start to perform "Pray" on the music shows now. "Look At Only Me" is a lovely song and all but it's time for something else! Plus "Pray" is a hot, powerful song that'll show YB's intensity more.

You're not the only one who noticed his habit of pursing his lips when singing. I've noticed it when watching the documentaries. I don't know if it's his way of pronouncing the words or what not. I think Se7en even pointed out that habit of his when was evaluating their performances. Don't remember which episode it was, but it was the one where he evaluating everyone's video performance and he liked GD's presence the best. YB was kinda hurt by his comments. It's not as obvious as before, but sometimes you can catch him doing it. Doesn't really bother me and plus he is immensely talented so he is forgiven.
YB can do no wrong in my eyes. Bias much??

to me his "pursed lips" shows that he's a true singer.
i've noticed that most amazingly good singers look very weird when the sing especially their mouth and lips.
i think it's because they have to shape their lips and mouth in order to create the right sound and right effect when they are singing.
tae yang also moves his microphone a lot....again it's technique to create the optimal sound.
lols tae yang is very close to the microphone when he sings...its like he's kissing it. haha.

TaeYang first solo concert tickets sold-out in 10 minutes
Tickets for Big Bang TaeYang's first ever solo concert were sold in just 10 minutes after tickets sales began on 5th July.
TaeYang will be holding his first solo concert "Hot" this coming 20th July in Seoul GwangJangDong Melon AX, and will be holding 2 rounds of concert one at 5pm and one at 8pm.
YG Entertainment said, "The advance sales of tickets for TaeYang's concert is considered higher than that of Big Bang's concert. Especially for the adults-only concert at 8 pm, there is almost no cases of tickets cancellation. "
TaeYang will be holding 2 rounds of concert, one at 5 pm for minors and one at 8pm for major.
One of the concert officials revealed that for those fans who did not manage to get the tickets has been requesting for the organisors to hold encore performances.
It is planned that Taeyang will be perfoming songs from his first solo minialbum and also other pop songs and piano performances.

OMG!!! In 10 minutes??? the other post said it was sold out in 1 1/2 hours, but whatever this is even better!!! AAHh I'm extremely proud and happy for him!! and for those who are going to the concert! Lucky fans!!! Bring us back some good fancams and pictures please!!! ^-^ and PIANO PERFORMANCES!!!! OMO I love it when he plays the piano..he would've made it as a BIG pianist if he ever became one!! I can't afford to fly over to Korea!!! hahaha His concert is in 10 days!! Freaking CRAZY!! That's fast!!! I'm guessing they're splitting the concert to minors to adults just because of the time convenience? At 5pm, school kids / minors / younger ones can still see the concert and go home at decent hour
