During the past 66 days of Taeyang's solo promotion, I gotta say was the happiest/giddiest I've ever been for an artist.

I was completely fangirling everyday, waking up in the morning and the first site I go on is this Taeyang thread to see what's up with his activites and then hurriedly going to clubbox to see if any vids of him came out. I remember telling myself that I would never be a fangirl cause one I'm too old and two because they tend to be a wee bit crazy LOL. But for him I went against myself and became one LOL but well worth it.

I still remember the feeling I had when it was announced that he was going to go solo and my heart stopped for a moment and it was in a panic[in a good way] wanting to see/hear his songs and performances right away, that's how anxious I was. hahahah

Hopefully this thread won't die off. But it might be inevitable. So until then, lets hope he will come back with another ablum and this thread will be pumping like crazy.

I just watched his "goodbye perf" and I really liked it. I loved his transition for Prayer.
His "thank you" is love. He said it so clearly and perfectly.
His shades are SO nice. It's like covering half of his face! I should buy me a mock one.

his performance was great! nice to leave just a good impression before heading off. the "thank you" was pretty scary. it was so serious, but at the same time it's nice to hear him speak english.

the7real, agree with a lot you said. it is a pretty big milestone in his life. and i hope this is just a "see you later" because i do want to see him later after Big Bang activities. i'm a mixture of happy and sad. happy that it happend and sad that it is over. (hopefully just for now)

태양

지난 주로 태양의 솔로 앨범 활동이 모두 마무리 되었습니다.
후속곡에 대한 팬들의 기대와 아쉬움을 전혀 모르는 바는 아닙니다만,
저 역시 이번 태양의 솔로 활동으로 느끼고 얻은 것이 너무 많다고 생각하기에
더 큰 기대와 욕심으로 내년을 기약하겠습니다.

태양의 멋진 솔로 활동이 이제 곧 선보일 빅뱅에게도
커다란 무게감을 실어주었다고 생각되는데요.

매니아들.. 형과 누나들.. 팬들.. 전문가들.. 심지어는 모든 YG패밀리들이..
태양을 지지하는 이유는 무엇일까요?
춤, 가창력, 무대 매너. 멋진 몸, 강한 눈빛? ?? ㅎㅎ

특정한 어느 한 가지 이유를 들기보다는…
태양이 쉽게 말로 표현하기 힘든 특별한 느낌을 지녔기 때문이라 생각됩니다.

저 역시 태양의 지난 솔로 콘서트를 지켜보면서
마치 외국 가수의 내한 공연을 보고 있는 것 같다는 착각이 들었는데요,

이제 21살이라는 나이에 놀라운 발전을 거듭하고 있는 태양.. 또는 동영배..
본인이 늘 말해 왔던 꿈처럼..
언젠가 미국 진출을 해서 크게 성공하는 한국 가수가 되길 바랍니다.
저 역시 저의 모든 것을 걸고 태양을 지원할 거구요,

Not only the performance was amazing but his live singing was just.. oh my god...THIS is the definition of HOT; okay.. all that slicing and scrawling... oh dang.

YG just post a message today about TaeYang's Concert DVD, it's in progress of making, they release date hasn't been posted yet, but it's coming, only one performance is already this hot.. the whole concert DVD???? OH LORD.

From all the hard training as a teenager, to Big Bang's debut stage and receving many love and awards, including artist of the year 2007 and now a successful sold out solo concerts, it's really touching, YB has work so hard to achieve what he has today, 8 years and 6 months, total of 3093 days, he derserve every award he receive and all the success that he has. There's still no news when the album will drop..it was meant to come out last month or so..u know yg delays..and now with bb coming back it won't be looking good for ymga..
