it doesn't matter if R&B doesn't appeal to the idol market,I dont even think he's aiming for it.
he's a solo artist now so he's trying to appeal to the mass in general.

but to me, commercial success isn't wat taeyang is about (it's just a bonus for him),

I can't stop watching the MV I can't stop listening to the song. His song went to the #1 spot on cyworld. I'm so proud of him for sticking to his roots and Lyle is bomb and not to mention shaun.

I've been waiting for his MV to come out all day, actually I've been waiting ever since the news that it will come out on the 15th. I am not a tad point disappointed with this song at all. I love that YB stuck to being himself that he didn't change his whole look or anything. The MV may not be the best, but who cares he's just so hot. hhaha I love the choreography and how he went from the black outfit to the white. It's just sexy. First off, I love how he kept his music style true instead of changing it to fit the current music 'in style'. I was afraid he'd go all GD on us, lol. (I was scared his voice would be autotuned so much or even change his hairstyle, lol)

The only few things I have a problem with is that I wanted him to go for a more, hm, SLEEK look. Up until now, his style has been pretty much the crooked cap with a simple t shirt (although I have no complaints, hehe) I wanted him to change up a bit for this. I'm crossing my fingers that his 'wedding dress' would be a different concept. *coughTUXEDOcough* pleeaaaaaaaaase, let it be. lol.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one feeling this, but why am I not so hyped up about Taeyang's new song like how I was with GD's? not because I favor him more than TY, but it seems like YG or TY himself didn't put much emphasis on the promotional stuff, like teasers, etc. I wonder if there's a reason for this... o_o;

I seriously hope TY has something hotter hidden under his sleeves for the 'Wedding Dress'.

I never for one moment thought that he would veer away from his roots and change his style. If there is one thing that I love about him (and the same thing can be said to GD and the rest BB,too) is that the sincerity and honesty in his music. You know that it came from his heart and that in each song that he releases, you know that it's more than just a song. He actually imparts a bit of him to us with every word...with every note.
