Oh wow.

I loved the performance. Major spazzing right now.
Am I wrong to think that this performance was like a mini-homage to the Michael Jackson? I mean, from the ensemble, to his pose before the whole perf started. He even did an MJ step in the middle of his performance.

Really. Such talented guy.

At the start of the performance, I was like - where is Aimee?
But then when the guys left and she entered the stage alone, I, for one fangirl-crazed moment thought that she's going to dance with Taeyang ala My Girl but turns out that I was wrong. hehe!

But it's all good.

It was a solid performance. Adding Where U At at the end was nice touch - what a way to end his performance.

his performance was great, great singing,dancing but seriously he needs to lose the hat, we need to see his beautiful face and he performed WuA as well "clap clap" 2for1 lol
but kinda disappointed at the same time, he didn't sing all the lines, esp.the chorus.

for next week performance hope that he will plays the piano for the intro, and wear tuxedo

This didn't feel like a comeback,it was too simple.
Even 2pm got a better stage. Everthing felt normal.
Its hard to dance like that and sing but Taeyang did waaay
better then a lot artists that don't even dance much.

But still it felt like a normal,everyday performance.
Nothing special really-except that he has more then three dancers for WUA.
Yeah usually his stages are plain but he could've at least had an intro,dance,piano thing/:

First off, why was the audience DEAD silent during his performance? ; I thought there would be loud fan chants for him! oh boo. :/

But other than that, he did great, but I agree, this felt like a normal stage. I wonder why YG isn't creating the HYPE as he did with GD's debut. I was expecting him to wear a tux, play a bit of piano (sort of, lol), idk, something. At least he sang Where You At. Somehow, the Where You At performance was more enjoyable than Wedding dress .__________.

He should take off his hat, I like his hair shown, hehe.

yeah the stage was kind of plain =/ I thought it was a pretty good perf considering it was his first perf of the song. I wish the crowd was livelier though

hmm just my 2cents: TY has always had plain sets - a big empty space, maybe with some lights/video screens thrown in. I think that's how he prefers his stage. If he wanted a huge, blinging stage with lots of props, I'm sure YG would give it to him (if they can afford to give GD and Bom nice stages, why wouldn't they be able to give TY one?). after seeing 2pm/other group's stages, I guess it looks plain... but honestly, go look at his past solo performances - the stages are not that extravagant. the best one I can remember is his name being spelled out in lights, lol. With TY, you're most likely going to be focussed on his dancing + singing anyhow, a fancy set would just distract from what's important.

I do feel the fans are being too quiet, though...I can kind of understand why they weren't chanting during WD, because it is a sadder song...but they could've chanted during WUA? Unless they cheered before/after and it was just cut out by the inki producers.

I seriously believe that wedding dress and where u at are two of the better songs that kpop has released this year. Both songs are amazing and it saddens me that it's not topping the charts. The idea that listeners are fixated on repetitive, catchy music is considerably true. I guess i just wanted him to top charts and be recognised for his amazing songs. D: it's all been said above already though.

I loved the performance. Taeyang knows how to rock the stage! I loveeeeeee it! I do think this was a tribute to MJ somehow which is so lovely of our resident sweet guy. Taeyang is just a girl's come true isn't he? I love how close Taeyang is to aimee, shaun and lyle. They are amazing dancers and watching those four dance in sync and so passionately takes my breath away. I was wideeyed and completely focused on the performance. It's weird not to hear any fan chants though D:

I love the performance. I did feel and the Late Great Michael Jackson influence in his performance and that was cool. I love the outfit....was he wearing rain boots....my video was bad quality. Anyway I love his singing style and the Where U At performance at the end was cool. The only flaw about Taeyang is when he do the falsetto when performing Where U At......Ummmm no. He'll do better next time.

"someone in BB’s china forum said that it was bae who requested KVIPs to not chant and cheer for him so much, so that he’d perform better. so it’s not bae not getting enough attention. fans are respecting him :] sometimes fans’ cheering freaking affected the quality of the performance. especially GD’s music bank’s performances. but i appreciate the love though"

watched the performance live with the crappiest quality ever, but even then, taeyang still managed to impress me.
despite his earlier message saying he was rather disappointed with the performance, i for one wasn't.
i was so glad to see aimee again, she made the performance all the more mint.
and i'll have to agree with you guys wen u say this performance was like a tribute to mj.
i could distinctly see the mj vibe/stances, especially wen aimee made her way onto the stage,
the pose yb held was completely mj-esque.
and i just got to say ... I LOVE THE HAT ! THE HAT IS AWESOME ! it just enhanced the king of pop feel all the more !
HIS SHOES WERE AWESHOME AS WELL ! his entire outfit was freakin' AMAJJING ... !
i'm greatly anticipating next weeks performance, for i'm positive, seeing as though yb expressed his dissatisfaction
with this weeks performance, he'll try even harder next week and show us a stage of perfection ...
i really can't wait for a HD version of the performance so i can appreciate it even more.
