I don't think it's considered surgery. Surgery is only when a surgical knife is involved and cutting. It could be considered a cosmetic procedure maybe, but cosmetic procedures are usually for cosmetic purposes. If the overbite was fixed due to health reasons than that's all it is. I say no because it's just like getting regular braces prcedure wise...
Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not an expert on surgery and overbites.

i was aware of the angles and sunlight, but the matters not a big deal to me.
JM's leaving entertainment industry for a while is a bit sudden
