people change when they get older , its pretty obvious that they already had the good bone structure when they were young.
its the make up , hair, better posing, camera angles. its really hard to tell from a few photos when they were young and still growing :\

i've heard how people get so obsessed with some small flaw about themselves.
and think about it everyday until to the point that they believe they are hideous to look at.
i remember when i had acne. i didn't want to show my face to anyone.
i would even wear foundation when i go to the gym. the sweat just made it worse.
anyway, i'd understand if people would do what it takes to cover up or fix what they don't like.
but i think it's important that the person doesn't take someone else's problem as their own.
it seems that the trend on plastic surgery is going on like that.

angela looks like she had le fort advancement or a sliding genioplasty where they cut and slide the chin and jawbone

I read that angelababy had braces for her overbite. Overbite is where her top teeth stick out more than the bottom. So if she fix it, it would push her top teeth inner, which make her jaw sharper. You can try doing a overite in front of a mirror, notice that when you push the top teeth back to it normal position, your jaw become sharper compare to before(top teeth sticking out more than the bottom)

I don't really care whether they had surgery or not, because they're both really beautiful and that's all it matters.
But the girl in this picture, even with weight loss and braces, there's no way that her face shape can change from round face/square chin to small and pointy face! and in the second picture, her nose is defenitely higher. that's crazy

I know tons of girls who look like the girl in your example who loss weight and had braces but their faces just got skinny but did not change shape. Sorry, but it looks like surgery to me.
