They sell it on there.
My guess is that when the first batch came out, they brought some off the publisher, you can still buy the book from them now.

Yes, Mikocokiki owns the salon (= She also owns a shop called 'SP' in Causeway Bay down the road from Mikami.

最近在香港演了電影
發現自己愛上了電影
和公司商量后 決定用多點時間去拍電影
所以下半年在香港的時間會更少了
好消息是 明年會有兩部我的電影上畫喔

last time in hk acted [ not too sure about this ] in a movie. fell in love with it. talked to the company about it, agreed to use more time to film movies. so time in hk will shorten. good news is, next year two of my movies will show.

不知不覺已經第二年做海港城的廣告了
每一次都很喜歡 這次的主題是鞋子
拍了24小時 跑到雙腳發軟
不過很喜歡 也值得的

without knowing it, already the 2nd year doing harbour city cfs. like doing it every time. filmed for 24 hours, ran until my legs felt like rubber. but i liked it, was worth it.

My comments bout Mikami Salon.
I didn't see JM or AB or Mikocokiki, just in case you guys were wondering.
I went with my younger sister and her two friends. We made an appointment 3 days prior. My sister got her hair permed and the rest of this just got a haircut. But from what I saw most people went there for colouring and/or perming. and they cut boys' hair too.
So we got there a bit early, then we decided to eat something to eat from this japanese place across the street, really cheap food and everyone in there knows english, which was great. We looked up the building, I knew they were on 2/F, which means second floor, it was a all white place looking from the window, looks really modern and pretty. But I forgot to that Hong Kong buildings to count the ground floor as one, so as we walked up the sketchy staircase, we passed by the pretty all white "nail salon" and when we arrived it was this all black place, which was totally not what I had in mind. But there was a couple of posters of JM and AB and some pretty chandeliers, other than that the interior was not that glam. The place was pretty dirty, but you can tell its run by more youthful ppl. lol well its a place for "lang muis" (teenager girls) to get their haircut, so I didn't think they kept it too clean. There was a mini screen with movies for you to watch.
Service wise, it was not bad at all. Since my sister took like 5 hours and we finished within 1. They didn't tell us to leave, even though there really wasn't much space to sit. My hairdresser wasn't the best, but I never really cared as long as they aren't too rude, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The other friends were younger so their mother came with them, and their hairdresser really spend the time to answer the questions of their mother. I think the nicest guy is the counter, well I guess that is his job. Even after left to shop around and then came back for my sister, he still greeted us nicely and asked if we wanted water. He even said if we had any questions about haircare or if the perm went wrong, we can call and ask.
And my sister has pretty long hair, so the hairdresser recommended a better chemical or something like that, which will damage my sister's hair less and last longer, for an extra 200hkd, which means it will 598 in total. I hesitated a bit, but the guy was pretty understanding and explained thoroughly why he recommended it, and wasn't pushy at all. So in the end, I went with it, don't want my sister to turn out ugly. lol They taught my sister for to care for the perm. It looked pretty nice, and now I can't tell her apart from the rest of the HK girls and she got some AB bangs, the ones you can do straight bangs and blow dry to the side.
Overall, we were all pretty happy and satisfy, but definitely interior-wise lacking a bit.
