I'm not sure if it's jsut me but like seriously.. i can't stop burping.. i think it started about 2 months ago, everytime i ate something i would start burping no stop. it's like there's a bubble of air that's stuck in my throat. it's a fking pain.

before it used to happen only after i ate but now it's like all the time, i'm not even sure if it's a habit or somethings wrong.

i get bloated really easy - are these two linked?

to conclude... HELP ME!! is there a way to stop burping and bloating?

Try eating slower. Take small sized bites and chew slowy, savor the flavor. Also cut back on the carbohydrates (rice, bread, potatoes, corn, etc), which will make you gassy. And stop drinking carbonated stuff like soda, if you do. tongue.gif

But if all else fails, do sit ups and try to fart it all out before you go out in public. biggrin.gif

I currently have the same problem. My doctor told me to take a blood test, and found out that I have a bacteria named Helicobacter Pylori. I suggest you to do the same, because the bacteria might give you worser symptoms if you continue like that. =/
