2. How to work out your leg. My leg is so skinny. I want healthy looking legs.
~~~Anybody know that you can eat fro-yo ice-cream up to 3 times a week, and still stay healthy ? ^^ because fro-yo are soft ice cream that make from yogurt and it have only half the calories that regular ice cream carry. Isn't that neat =D

Abs = crunches work wonders!
Toned legs = Power walk and also LUNGES! I loove lunges. It helps tone the thighs, calves, and also booty!
