Losing Cheek/face Fat ?

But how do you lose weight in your face? Neck? Cheeks?
My face in photos, make me look chubby.
I hate it.
What excersizes, or any tips are good for
losing weight in your face/cheeks/neck?

Face massages.........
Healthy diet........
Drink water........
get alot of sleep.....
cardio.....

So running helps you lose weight in a lot of places. Just
lose weight in general.

You can't target the fat in your cheeks.
You would have to lose weight overall.

Get some money and go get it done.
Don't listen to them, just excersize a few days a week and like someone has said above, you lose fat in your body overall instead of just in one place. ^^ Get a treadmill or go for a run a few times a week?

or. if you are patient and referring to baby fat on your face, you'll lose them over time.

in 6th grade i was a little plump girl with chubby cheeks, legs, stomach, etc.
but during physical education we had to run every week. and i noticed a BIG
change year after year. i lost most of the fat from my cheeks, neck, legs, etc.

How can it benefit your face?
no.
anything cardio burns fat from all over your body.
so in turn, yes your face will get smaller
along with your arms, legs, and stomach

i think chewing would increase your jaw muscles and stuff
so.. it'll probably make your face looke ven bigger lol XD
so.. avoid things like gum LOl unnecesary chewing.. will make your jaw muscles big XD

Intensive chewing makes your jaws wider because of muscle build-up. I recently came to a realization that one side of my jaw is actually wider than the other because I always chew on that side. O_O!!! From that day forth, I try to chew with the other side of my mouth and I've quit chewing gum. You guys should try examining yourselves in the mirror. Look at yourself straight forward and look to see if your jaw looks even, because most of the time they're actually not! D:

move your cheeks, lips, nose, and work your face muscles out (basically, make faces and continually smile)
slightly pinching then pulling your cheek/neck fat helps too
and try not to eat past 7 pm

exercise more often
eat healthy food
alot of fluids
and dont eat past 6 pm
