This was my meal plan.
Breakfast ( 6:30 a.m) - Low sugar oatmeal and 1 slice of bread with one cup of orange juice
Snack (9:00 a.m) - one apple
Lunch (12:20 p.m) - one sandwhich with lean turkey meat
Snack (3:00 p.m) - one kiwi or other small fruits
Dinner (5:30 p.m) - half a bowl of rice and mostly beansprouts, kimchee, kim, and healthy side dishes
I spaced all my meals out to about every 3 hours and drank lots of water. Sometimes I did pop in a candy or two>< but its best if you don't=]
and also eat proportionally and never eat until you're 100 percent full! don't try to stuff in too much food.
and for exercise,
I walked outside my neightborhood for about 1 hour EVERYDAY
and i walked to school and back home everyday.
Sometimes I combined running with walking.. but i did this everyday. usually after dinner.
never drink starbucks, jamba juice or any fast food. Itll ruin everything
