So i live in usa now and the H mart's really far from my house. the kimchi i buy at the local store is ok but not all that good. i want to make kimchi but i don t know the exact details. i lived at my parents before coming here to study so my mom did and i don t know how to. i know the basics of kimchi-making but not enough to know the details.

Can a Korean brother or sister at home give me a detailed home-made recipe? with the time i need to wait after salting etc? thank you!!!!!!
