Hi guys!
I am going to start a website, but want to hear from you guys about what you think of it. It is a FREE website where college students are able to upload academic related documents (papers, exams, solutions, syllabi, homework, etc.), and your peers are able to view and/or download them. It is a website built in a collaborative effort by the users themselves. One feature of it would be the feedback system which allows users to comment/rate on other's work, wiping out the fear that one might have of face-to-face criticism. I just want to hear your opinion, in addition to your answering the questions above. This will help me greatly in helping you guys (actually, me too, since I am a college student also). Thanks!

it's a good idea~
but what if everyone wants to get their works reviewed, and no one wants to go through the trouble of reading and reviewing others?
i'm sure ppl will be eager to use it, since it kinda creates a place where students can look at other people's work to get ideas and such. but how can you prevent plagiarism and other issues?
if people are willing to mutually contribute, then i think this is a great idea! ^^

hm.. you might want to be careful about that... i remember reading in the newspaper how some engineering students in toronto made a group on facebook and just basically copied each other's assignments. the guy got expelled

sounds good, but i have to agree with weird&short. i think there will be a problem if u post up exams and syllabi since those are the professor's properties.

my friend and i tried one of these a while back... we had to shut it down due to almost getting sued for transmitting intellectual property that we had no rights over. haha
i'm sure people will use it, but if you're considering trying to profit somehow from it, i would suggest you think of a way to handle legal issues if they arise.
[btw... this site can easily become a 'cheat' site. even if it's not in your intentions.. it's a high possibility]
good luck anyways... i personally don't think it's worth it... haha
