Symbian Os Vs. Windows Mobile I'm so lost ...

I just bought an LG Joy and i'm so lost on how to run apps for the Symbian OS for some reason. I have no idea how to or where to put anything in the phone. Do any of you guys know anything about the Symbian OS? I've never used it before. >.>

Experiences?

What about windows mobile vs. symbian?
Which do you like more and why?

i like the symbian os, though i have it on a nokia phone

Just google symbian forum and visit the sites. There are big symbian communities out there that can help you out.

I wonder if there are any reports on reliability?
I know my Windows Mobile 6 pocket pc... isn't very useful and crashes a whole lot. Most of the time I just click reset to use it because I know it will crash anyways.
