Just simply, i was wondering if it was possible to customize the key shortcuts? like the CTRL + X = cut.. etc. Cuz i have short fingers and i use CTRL + Y alot... and yea.

Hrmm...
If the program doesnt natively support it, then you will probably need some utility that helps you. But off the top of my head I cant think of how you can do something like that. Have you considered a smaller keyboard? They sell notebook-like keyboards for the desktop that are smaller and you might have a better time typing on those.

microsoft used to have a program called intellitype that lets you program your keyboard, maybe try to find it at microsoft.com downloads section
