How do I actually get the skin onto the player(I'm such a dork )

uhmm.. on the top left hand corner.. there should be a little square click on it.. go to SKINBROWSER and then Skin Skin Directory.. and then you find where your skin is.. i think thats how you do it ><" usually the skins i have you just click on it and it goes on your winamp.. that method .. i told you is what my friend told me.. i dont know if its right though.. SORRY ><

you shud just double click, no?
if not, go the C:program files: winamp (i know there are /'s ) then go to a folder named skins.
just copy/paste the skin file.
then open up winamp, go to file > skins > choose
