What Exercises Do You Do Each Day? What exercises burn the most calories in a short period of time?

I walk, run a little, stretch, jumprope..and that's pretty much it! once a week i go biking~ (maybeee i should add yoga?)
I'm thinking of swimming and roller skating in the summer but not now. XD
What do you guys do?

That's all it can be described as. It's too spastic to be called 'dancing'.
Sometimes I have a go on my mum's elliptical trainer, but I get bored super easy. You do a lot! Gosh, I wish I was that motivated.

but seriously...if you wanna burn calories fast, you can burn up to 700 an hour with turbo jam ^ ^ it's been proven (by soompiers too!)

anddd lots n lots of stretching
squats
curl ups
sometimes jump roping but only to like 110 cuz i get bored of it
i play volleyball if i'm in the mood
that's like all i do

I jog for about 15 minutes.
Stretch for like almost an hour or two.
Dance for 30+ minutes.
Best way to lose weight for me : Jogging+walking for an hour.

running (or just walking at a faster pace) up and down stairs for 30mins-1hr is probably the best way to lose the most calories tho.. a good 900-1000! next to that is swimming... then dancing.

circuit workouts with 8lb dumbbells
walks [must have a destination in mind though like walking to Pathmark which is 1 mile away]
