What Exercises Do You Do Each Day? What exercises burn the most calories in a short period of time?

I was wondering what kind of exercises people mostly do each day or on some days.
I walk, run a little, stretch, jumprope..and that's pretty much it! once a week i go biking~ (maybeee i should add yoga?)
I'm thinking of swimming and roller skating in the summer but not now. XD

What do you guys do?

I put on my mix CD and throw myself around my room for an hour.

That's all it can be described as. It's too spastic to be called 'dancing'. laugh.gif

Sometimes I have a go on my mum's elliptical trainer, but I get bored super easy. You do a lot! Gosh, I wish I was that motivated.

I try to walk on my treadmill (on an incline) for 30 minutes everyday. I'll also jump rope sometimes.

omg you sound like me lol. or i start jumping on the bed hehe xD

but seriously...if you wanna burn calories fast, you can burn up to 700 an hour with turbo jam ^ ^ it's been proven (by soompiers too!)

Sit ups, push ups, crunches, try to get some dancing in, run around the yard with pupy, run around the house with the puppy, run up and down the stairs with the puppy.

now i'm starting to go back on the tread now that tennis season is over

i dance a lot
[belly dancing omg i swear it's like amazing i lost an inch off everywhere on me]
anddd lots n lots of stretching
squats
curl ups
sometimes jump roping but only to like 110 cuz i get bored of it
i play volleyball if i'm in the mood
that's like all i do

LOL.
I jog for about 15 minutes.
Stretch for like almost an hour or two.
Dance for 30+ minutes.

Best way to lose weight for me : Jogging+walking for an hour.

I do dance cardio work outs... you can easily burn 500-700 calories in 45mins-1hr. you work your whole body out at one time.. and you dont even have to get on the floor to do crunches because you'll pretty much be doing it in the dance (well.... i do hip-hop, salsa/mambo, or indian work outs.. those are fun and fast paced)

running (or just walking at a faster pace) up and down stairs for 30mins-1hr is probably the best way to lose the most calories tho.. a good 900-1000! next to that is swimming... then dancing.

Try boxing some of your friends.

Most people don't appreciate what they see on TV, a normal person gets tired after about 45 seconds of fighting.

i stretched my body,jump rope,jogging n do some crunches.....they really make me sweat a lot..i mean really a lot

circuit workouts with 8lb dumbbells
walks [must have a destination in mind though like walking to Pathmark which is 1 mile away]
